I have been a full time REALTOR® since 1991. This is not just a job for me; it is my career. I have put my heart and soul into this professional since the beginning. I enjoy helping people obtain the American Dream........a home they can call their own. The market is constantly changing and I continue to learn new things everyday. No one day is like the other and you always have to continue to increase your knowledge of the field to provide the best service for the clients and customers you serve. Continued education is a constant activity that you just plan to be part of your yearly schedule. My husband decided to assist me with my real estate. Relocation is my specialty! I enjoy introducing families to this area. Who wouldn't, it is a wonderful place to live! I prefer to work with customers in a buyer agent capacity. By working as "their" agent I can provide them with the best service. In this capacity I can help them with the negotiations involved in not only price but inspections, financing, title work, legal issues, etc. that make up the steps to a home purchase. I believe in one stop shopping and once a customer or client comes through that door I will provide them with all the information and services they need to get them to the settlement table with ease.
