service – was established in 1963 by Jack Gaughen. Our tradition of quality
service began with one office in 1963 and has grown to include 15 offices that
service seven counties in Central and South Central Pennsylvania.
In November 1982, Jim Grandon Jr., founder of Grandon Real Estate, purchased Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA. Over the next 18 years, Grandon consolidated offices and developed a strategic plan that placed Jack Gaughen Realtor at the forefront of Central PA’s real estate industry. Through the dedication of our sales associates, Jack Gaughen Realtor quickly became the largest and most successful residential real estate brokerage in the marketplace. In 1999, Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA joined forces with NRT, Inc. and proudly accepted the name that continues to provide the highest level of professional service to residents throughout Central and South Central PA, Jack Gaughen Realtor® ERA®.
